When is That Style Chick's App launching?

At this stage That Style Chick’s App will be ready to launch in January 2019!

Is there a charge to download the App?

No, there is no charge to download the App, it is free to download. If you complete the free In-App Style Consult you will also unlock your free personal Style Tips.

Is there a minimum contract period?

That Style Chick has no minimum contract period. You can either purchase services on an “as needs” basis or sign up for a subscription. You can end your subscription at any time, effectively immediately without penalty. You can also reinstate it at any time based on your changing needs.

Can I suspend my subscription?

You can’t suspend your monthly subscription, however you can cancel &/or reinstate your subscription at any time without penalty.

Can anyone use That Style Chick's App?

The App will be available for download in Australian App stores by anyone who has an iOS or Android mobile device. Style & shopping advice will be specific to the Australian & online retail landscape (both Australian & international designers). Initially the App will focus on women’s style & shopping advice. In the near future That Style Chick will also launch for men.

How much do In-App services cost?

Styling Services available in the App include:

Personal Style Tips – Free
Comprehensive Personal Style Guide – Unlock for one off A$9.99 or free to subscribers
Style Feed Subscription – A$4.99 per month (& 1 free month for every friend you refer)
Style Finder – $24.99 per request & Style Advice – $9.99 per request.

Does she get rewarded by retailers?

That Style Chick provides a completely independent service. She is not compensated or remunerated by any retailers & makes product recommendations based purely on the individual needs of her clients.

What if I'm not happy?

That Style Chick prides herself on providing high qaulity service. If you are not happy with any aspect of your service please let her know & she will take steps to ensure that the situation is rectified.
